Whakatāne Kiwi TrustHalf day guided 'Kiwi Tracker Walks' for students in primary and intermediate schools. Includes a pre-visit talk to schools to learn about kiwi. The walk and talk can be adjusted to work for schools on camp in the region. The Kiwi Whakatāne Education Resource investigates all aspects of kiwi in the Whakatāne region, including human impact. This was created for teachers to further learning in the classroom after students participate in the 'Kiwi Tracker Walk'. Created for Levels 2-6 with curriculum links. $5 per student.
28 students max - larger groups can be accommodated by special arrangement.
