| Trees for Survival | A supported environmental education program teaching the fundamental principles of ecology, horticulture, and environmental restoration. | Birds NZ | Birds NZ run and partially fund annual field-based camps for young birders (aged 14-18) in various NZ locations. Over 7 days students work with experienced ornithologists and local conservationists, visit local sanctuaries, estuaries and wetlands and learn basic birding skills; including identification, netting and banding and surveying.
